Images not showing on mobile

Images are loading from different source:

http://192.168.64.2/WOD2018/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/photos-moes-couverture-400x450.png

and they are not available on this source, do you know why? is this website migrated recently?
you need to fix image source problem first
