Implement text widget on Blog page body (not sidebar)

Hi I have a text widget that I want to apply to my Blog page body (not sidebar, but main body). Pasting the text on my Blog page didn’t seem to work.

If the text widget is not possible to be applied on the Blog page body, I was given a shortcode for theme file as well, but I wasn’t sure how and where to insert the shortcode. Can you help? Thank you in advance!

You would not be able to add a widget to the blog body without customizing the theme so you would need to enlist the aid of a third party developer, one of which you can find here:
