I have been experiencing an inactive main menu on m website. I have custom links to areas of my one-page site. I checked and updated all plugins. Does not work on mobile either.

Could you see if an update to version 1.2.1 from the current 1.2 you have fixes this issue. There should be an update notice in the appearance \ themes area for the latest 1.2.1 version.

I understand that it is done is custom menus. However, I can’t determine the parallax item numbers. I see them listed but I can’t tell which number to assign to which.

Could you try and use the IDs for the parallax sections for the custom links.

You need to view the page source code in the devtools to find the IDs.
