In terms of pricing, is the “Lifetime” purchase entail a one-time payment of $349?

Also, are these templates already pre-installed or does the client have to run coding to set them up?

I am a graduate student hoping to have a website for my cv, research, etc.

I am new to this and have been unsuccessful in contacting customer support. Their link is broken
