I am hoping to insert an instagram widget (like the one featured in the Activello demo front page and showed in this demo video - How to Create Instagram Widget For Activello WordPress Theme - YouTube) in my ABOUT page (http://whywendywrites.com/about/).

I do not want it to be on my front page/home page. Can you help please?

To display just follow the steps shown in your shared video then we can hide that widget from front page/home page by developing custom CSS code.
