inserted numbers on html document...

I have numbers that have been coded into the html sheet for some reason between the sections on the front page. I have located them in the code, but do not have a way to save the edited document to the WP cache without it being overwritten with the code reset that happens. See screenshots. Appreciate any help you can offer.
