Installing breadcrumds

Dear Aigars,

I would like to install breadcrumbs on my website. I am using the Breadcrumb NavXT plugin and pasted the following code in header.php

<div class=“breadcrumbs”>
<?php if(function_exists(‘bcn_display’))
{
bcn_display();
}?>
</div>

Nothing is happening, the site title just appears on the website…

Any idea how I can fix this? Would it be possible to place the breadcrumbs between the menu bar and the carrousel?

Thanks again!

Vincent

Add this code at the very end of header.php

<div class="breadcrumbs">
    <?php if(function_exists('bcn_display'))
    {
        bcn_display();
    }?>
</div>

Code you posted above will have encoding issues as you copied it from somewhere but didn’t pay attention to quotes. A tiny think makes a huge difference in PHP.

Hi Aigars,

Did so, see result below. Did I do it right?

Regards,
Vincent

Jup, it how it should look as there are no styling applied from plugin itself. You can browse other pages to see that it is working properly.

Thanks! :slight_smile:
