Yes, it’s free to use it commercially for business or ecommerce websites. The only thing that is prohibited is to sell this theme to others. Unless you of course share your profit with me 🙂

Well, actually you can sell the theme if you want, as long it stays GPL2. (So users are allowed to modify and redistribute it as well.). However, wouldn’t worry. Who is buying a theme that is free and not from the developer himself? 🙂
