I just set up a new website and I was going to install the items that Shapely said would improve certain features. Everything installed fine except Jetpack. When I click on the Activate button, I get the two arrows moving in a circle. It never moves on from that.

You can install jetPack from Wordpress menu > Plugins > Add new, search for Jetpack and install it
