Jumbotron Image will not change

I saw the previous thread about the Jumbotron image not changing and I went through the same troubleshooting process, but it still will not change. No matter what I try the featured image will not display. Only the original image with the woman is viewable. Please help! Thank you!

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Jumbotron and ensure the option to use the featured image is enabled.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Jumbotron > Backgrounds and change the background image. You may need to disable the featured image option for this to work.
