Jumbotron on different resolution screens

Hi support team. Thankyou for all that you do. This is a great 1 page theme.

I have a question regarding the jumbotron. I have noticed on my laptop screen which has a smaller resolution (I think 1440 pixels wide) the jumbotron photo looks different than on a high resolution screen. On the high resolution screen the image width scales up but the image height does not which results in the image being cut short and cropped to a more panoramic view point. Is there some code I could use to allow the height to scale with the width so the image aspect ratio stays the same?

Sorry didnt read the question fully… My issue is slightly different.

Hello @bstalder,

You can try to change the header image CSS style from cover to contain, so it takes the full height:

#header {
    -webkit-background-size: contain;
    -moz-background-size: contain;
    -o-background-size: contain;
    background-size: contain;
}

This might come with a series of malfunctions, so you might want to include the no-repeat and center alignment.

#header {
    -webkit-background-size: contain;
    -moz-background-size: contain;
    -o-background-size: contain;
    background-size: contain;
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    background-position: center center;
}

Let me know if this is what you were looking for.
