Jumbotron section grey and cant select anything

Hi,

When i click customize>Front page sections?Jumbotron… It brings up the customization menu however everything is grey and I cant click on anything. How can i fix this?

Please check to see if you have the Illdy Companion plugin installed.
Go to Appearance > About Illdy > Recommended Plugins.
