jump directly from anywhere to a special position of the footer area

Hi there,
I’m wondering if it is possible to put a link on top of the page with which a direct jump to a special part of the foote is possible.
For example I want to put a link on top of https://kukukandergrenze.eu which leads directly to the “Newsletter abonnieren” section of the footer. And also a link from anywhere else of the site to this special area would be nice.

How can this be managed with the shapely widgets?

Sorry but by default, such thing is not possible without a third-party plugin, you may need to search for such plugins, i think this is possible
