Jump to link (text-widget)

Hi!

I added a text-widget on my homepage with some html in it (a contact form)
I would like the contact-us link in the header menu to jump down to the widget on the same page.
on other widgets I1ve used the #shapely_home_parallex… and so on, but I can’t figure out the ID on this one.

I also have this strange problem that the jump of #shapely_home_parallex-2 doesn’t work, it jumps straight to the third widget…
Even if I change the order of the widget it doesn’t solve it

I’m a beginner here. Could you please show me how can I link my menu item on the same page?
I have no idea how to do it despite referring your solution above for couple of times. How do I know what is the id for my #?
