Kaplan blogspot theme issue on IOS

I’ve succesfully installed your Blogspot theme Kaplan but I’m having some issues on IOS devices.

Where as the Top Menu/ Slider / Featured widgets all load perfectly in what ever browser on my desktop I keep having issues on ipad and iphone devices.

The menu dropdown shows only once every 5 reloads and when that bugs, all the rest of the widgets fail as well: no slider, no featured posts. The latest news and other widgets still work.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this? I noticed that the demo site of the theme (when loading the web version) presents the same issues: https://kaplan-demo.blogspot.be
