Left Sidebar now showing at the bottom of catergory pages?

This theme has been working wonderfully, but all of a sudden, the sidebar has started to appear at the bottom of woocommerce category pages.

It appears fine in regular pages, like: http://onthesquareauctions.com/newest-stock.php

but not for: http://onthesquareauctions.com/product-category/emporium/architectural/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
