I want to make changes according to my needs.
Do I have to list all the changes I made to the site template?
And provide links to the developer and your site?

By default changes in any templates are out os normal support scope, you need to find someone (Freelancer) who will make all the changes for you.
Basically, support can help you if something is not working
Yes, thanks. Would like to clarify is it allowed to make changes in templates on my own after I buy the template to not list all of them according to the license CC BY 3.0?
I mean either I able to do whatever I want with the license now, after purchasing?
