Licence not useable

Hello!

I bought the license for all templates a few months ago ($99). Now I can’t download any templates, I am only prompted to buy a license for $129/year. But I also notice that the license is not stored anywhere, I only have an invoice, but there is nothing in my account… What do I have to do so that I can download all templates again?

And after that, you can log in and download all templates.
