I cant really get behind the editing of a template, this may be because i dont use wordpress but can it also be because i dont have a license? I was just trying different things on the template called Engineers but i just cant seem to find being enable to changing colors or changing paddings is this problem maybe because of the mixins?

Engineers is an HTML template, style of this template can be changed from the style CSS file, what exactly you tried and did not work? You can edit this template without a license, the license is only for removing footer
