Limit number of Portfolio items on Home Page

Hello,

First of all thank you for this great theme.

I just wonder if there is a way to limit the number of portfolio items displayed on Home Page (Thank to the Portfolio Widget).

I would like for example to only show the last 4 portfolios created.
Or at least be able to show only on type of portfolio (ex “Feature”). Which would allow me to chose what portfolio to display on the home page or not.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You can try achieving this by using the custom plugin shared in the following topic.

The above plugin contains following code on line number 47 so just change -1 to number of posts that you want to display in the shapely portfolio widget.

'posts_per_page' => -1,

Hi,

After the edits you did according to the reply, make sure you re-add the “[Shapely] Porfolio for Home Widget Section” widget to the Homepage widget area in Appearance -> Widgets.

Hi!

I tried his plugin because I was searching for the same thing. but now, on the portfolio page (where all the entries should be) there are 8 shown normally and the last two with all their text and stuff. and the style of the page is disconfigured.
