link cf7 widget from homepage button

Hello,

New user here.

I am able to use the button link to navigate to a parralax section (#shapely_home_parallax). However, underneath the parralax sections I have a widget for contact section. I cannot figure out how to get my “contact us” link to navigate to the contact section/widget. Also, is there any way in css I can stop the page from scrolling slightly past widgets I link to?>

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
