When I hover over a link in my navigation menu, there is a text pop-up of the link name/id after a few seconds. I can’t figure out how to remove this redundancy, please help.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is a title attribute of navigation menu links.
You can try removing it by adding blank space in the Title Attribute field of menu item as shown in the attached screenshot.
