I am using Shapely theme for the first time. In the one pager layout, i want to link different sections to the menu items. How can i do it as there is no tag associated with these sections in home page [For Ex: SEO Friendly,Portfolio Section,Small Parallax Section and more. I want these as menu items. ]

If I understand correctly, you want to have the link in the menu link to the different sections in the page.
You need to to got appearance > Menus and add a custom url where you need to locate and add the section ID there.
You can locate the section ID by viewing the page and then right click the area and then copy the section ID that looks like this “#section-id-name”.

The section IDs are there but you need to find them using the browser. In firefox go to menu - web developer - inspector.
Look for tags like #shapely_home_parallax-3 or #shapely_home_contact-2
when you link them, you just need the “#shapely_home_contact-2”, not the full URL.
