I have had issues for the past 2 weeks - my site won’t load or loads very slowly and crashes when I try to upload new media or add new posts.
Midphase tell me it’s an issue with the theme or plug in and I wonder if you have any knowledge of this issue - could it be to do with too much custom css? Are there any plug ins you know are incompatible with Activello?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The theme is working fine on our test site and on other user’s site without any issue but if you want to confirm it then you can just temporary change the theme to any WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen and check whether the issue occurs.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
