You can put your logo in the Site title and tagline area by adding it in the header logo option on the following path as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Header Options
Also if you want to you can also display the header text as well as the logo by using the custom code shared in the following reply.
