Looking for a colorlib theme to use

Hello @Movin I’m setting up a very basic website that has two images and a contact form on one page.

Can you suggest a theme for me to use –

On the website I would like just one page with a full-width image;
A smaller centered image overlaying the full-width one which when scrolling down is has a parallax effect;
Under that will be a contact form and that is all.

I tried the Shapely theme but I couldn’t get it to provide that parallax effect of the one image overlaying another.

What theme or how do you suggest I can achieve this?

Please take a look at this image I made of how I want the site to look.
I would like to acheive a website so the LOGO image to moves up “slower” than the sunset image behind it to give it that parallax effect.
