I have integrated woocommerce into my shapely theme. I seem to be missing Account and Cart icons displayed on the page.

How are these options displayed by default in Shapely?

In reference to your question here, unfortunately by default Shapely does not display those icons. It would entail some custom work of which is beyond the scope of our support in order to implement this. I would recommend services from Envato Studio (https://colorlib.com/out/envatostudio) for such customizations.
