when a get into my web site www.reservandia.com from a smartphone or ussing a small screen, the main menu is disappears.

I could confirm the issue on your shared site but it’s working fine on my test site without any issue.
I troubleshooted it on your site and found it’s happening because some plugin and theme files are not loading on your site due to “403 (Forbidden)” error as shown in the attached screenshot.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
