Make menu items closer at header

Hi,

First, thanks for an awesome theme. I’ve been searching the forum and can’t find a solution for this little annoying problem. How can get the menu items closer ? I don’t want that gap between BLOGG and PORTFOLIO and KONTAKT.

and is there a way to move the social buttons more to the right?
