My issue its that i have to make a vertical menu, that lookslike this, in the add.
where you start with 4 item in the menu then when ya click one he will open the others.

In relation to your question here, if you are referring to a 4 hierarchy menu, I’m afraid that would entail some custom work which is beyond the scope of our support as the theme supports the default 3 level hierarchy menu. I would recommend services from Envato Studio (https://colorlib.com/out/envatostudio) if you would wish to have this implemented.
