So I recently installed the Sparkling theme and I’m trying to upload my logo to the media library on WP but it’s not showing up anywhere, if I press the upload button it does nothing. Is this a problem with the theme?, how can I solve it?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
It doesn’t seem like theme issue but this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
In the Sparkling theme you can set the logo from the following path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Header
