Menu and Logo Not Clickable on Mobile Site

Hi,

My site’s logo and menu bar are no longer clikable on my mobile site. I am using a full menu and not the button version

I suspect this is from the top padding from the h2 and p bottom header and the current location of the menu and logo. I can’t be sure. Any help?
