I have problem with page vpstyle.cz. When I use in menu english formats it works. But when I use czech ones (for example vpstyle.cz/#Kontakt not Contact us) it´s not working. Any ideas? Thank you

You need to change the link from Appearance Menu.
If you want the link to redirect the user to the same page use those links in url:
./#about
./#projects
./#testimonials
./#services
./#latest-news
./#counter
./#team
./#contact-us
If you want to redirect to another page just put in the url the link from pages
