Menu: Link to parallax section does not work

Hi,

As written in menu, link to parallax section in menu at our website http://alpsguide.pl/
does not work.
I thoughtit is a general problem, but the link works for other site (Marked text in attachment)

The link in menu is not working while I am not at the front page, but at the other site (in menu):

didn’t know that in Menu you don’t give the whole url
