Menu on mobile - no dropdowns

Hi -

I am using the Sparkling theme for a site I am working on (Switching over from Dazzling). I think it is great and I’m so glad I found it.

I can’t seem to get the menus on mobile (iphone/ipad) to drop down - they are working fine on desktop.
I see the top level items but not the 2nd tier pages.

Stuff I have tried:
I have the bootstrap plugin settings as described in the documentation.
I have gone and disabled my plugins 1 by 1 to see if it helped with no luck
I have deleted all my custom CSS but that also did not help

I have also read through some older threads with the same issue but was not able to find a solution that solved my problem.

Any direction would be much appreciated

Hi @shetlandshake,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Sparkling theme.

Why the drop down menu triangle icon is not displaying on your site?

Have you made any changes in the theme files?

Please try deleting and reinstalling theme on your site.

Hi Movin,
It looks like it was the bootstrap settings after all.
After i reinstalled the theme as per your suggestion, I went through my plugins again and found the settings had reset. Everything works as expected once I changed them back to as per theme documentation.
