Menu on mobile phones + Get rid of powered by wordpress

When I see my page on my mobilephone I see sub-menus and sub-sub-menus as well. How can I change it, so I see see one the Top-Menu?

How do I get rid of the “powered by Wordpress” at the footer, without using an FTP client. Is it possible to do that in the Editor on the Wordpress site?

Mobile menu is powered by Tiny Nav which is something I haven’t created myself, so I have no control over it.

Footer information can only be edited via FTP and there is no other way around it. Information is located in theme folder - library - structure footer-extensions.php.
