Can you modify the themes so that the menu does not create a 2nd line when viewed on various devices?

I have 9 menu headings and when I replicate the menu for mobile device by resizing the computer window, I get from 1-3 menu headings on the 2nd line.

Can I modify my CSS to correct this?
