Meta Tags

Not sure this is the right place to ask this question, but… How can I insert meta tags so LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. show the image & description I choose? For example:

<meta property=“og:description” content=“Resources for Group Facilitators.”>

Would I need a plugin for this?

You need third-party plugins to insert these tags, please research for third-party plugins
