Microsoft Forms feature to my Shapely theme site?

I would like to implement Microsoft’s Forms feature https://forms.office.com/ to my site to replace my current “Contact Form 7” solution. Is there a way to do this? Currently I have a separate “Contact me” page up using the Contact Form 7 solution there.

This will require modification of these files, as it changes the design of the theme.

Thank you for confirming. Could you recommend a form solution better than the Contact Form 7? To me it’s very archaic and I don’t even see an option to have it send me an email alert when someone completes the form.
