Minimize number of posts on homepage

Hi there,

Pretty simple I’d imagine but I can’t find it anywhere. I have post excerpts as my chosen display but there are 11 of them, which creates a long string of scrolling in order to get to the bottom of the site. Preferably I’d just like to have 3 excerpts. How can I do this?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You can achieve this by setting your site option “Blog pages show at most” to 3 in the Reading Settings of your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
