MobApp Template - missing style.css error

Hello,

Trying to use the MobApp template in Wordpress - am I supposed to install this as a Theme in Wordpress or another way?

When I try to install it as a Theme I get an error complaining about a missing style.css file.

Its an HTML template, its impossible to install HTML template into the wordpress
