Mobile Header Bar not the same color or style as Desktop version

When I shrink the site down on desktop, it’s format looks good. However, if I open it up on mobile (iPhone), it shows a blue “default” header.

What is wrong?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

It seems you are using Jetpack plugin on your site so please make sure you are not using its Mobile Theme functionality Mobile Theme which may be causing this issue.

This may be the Jetpack mobile theme.

Please go to Jetpack -> Settings -> Writing tab and scroll down to the Theme Enhancements section in your Dashboard. Find the “Enable the Jetpack Mobile theme” option and ensure it is disabled.
