Problem is that there is a bug with the mobile version. The menu can’t be opened on the mobile, leaving the user trapped on the home page.

Have you added any third party plugins ? It may be the case that one of those plugins may be causing a conflict with the button so please try disabling any third party plugins that you may have active.
