mobile navigation does not take effect

Hello,

I love this theme but I noticed a bug on my site. When I test the site on various mobile devices and in Chrome dev tools I notice that the content is not responsive and the navigation does not collapse into a mobile navigation.

Any clues as to why this might be happening or help would be greatly apprecaited.

I visited your shared site and saw the mobile navigation is working fine as shown in the attached screenshot.
