Mobile vs Full Site

Hi,

When looking at my site on mobile it selects the mobile site which doesn’t use the responsive element of the website but pushes it through as simple text. i can go to the bottom and select View Full Site and this changes it which is great but how do i set it up so that the Full Site or responsive mobile site is the one users see first?

Hi,

It seems you’re using Jetpack’s Mobile theme module, please disable that, Mobile Theme after that the responsiveness will kick in. :slight_smile:

Hi Laranz,

I am using the Activello theme. There doesn’t seem to be a mobile theme module in the appearance in settings it just takes me to the customize area where i can see the responsive mobile site but not pre-select it.

Hi,

Don’t go to Appearance menu, go to Jetpack -> Settings. See the below screenshot for explanation.
