Nav bar parent doesnt drop down when in a small window

Hi,
Just having some trouble with a dropdown menu on my website. When the nav bar is full size, it works fine but when the window is resized smaller, the parent item does not show the child list when you hover over it. The parent item has no page link. The url to the website is “www.royalnewcastle.com.au”

I would really appreciate your help as fast as possible.
