Navigation on Website still working?

Hello There,
I have a short question.
When i see the DEMO Version here is no Navigation active. No Scroll Function. Whats the case and can it be fixed?
Front Page - Illdy Theme Demo (Safari and Chrome!)

And the Mobil Navigation is not working.
I saw the same on an older website build with Illdy.

Why? Good to work with it? I cant find some information about this problem.
