Since the theme has a limited amount of sections available (Team, Testimonials etc) to add a new section I have thought of creating a kind of section in the web page used as a frontpage.
It would be a very simple one,
Just a big cell which goes from the very left to the very top, monocoloured and with a quote in it (for instance).
find image attached as an example…
Any chance to do that? How should I proceed? do I have to treat the frontpage as as a table, div structure? any advice is highly appreciated.

Hello, many thanks for this, it looks great, however if I use the testimonials section I am limited to one section only… If I wanted to implement two?

Unfortunately, there is no other way to solve this problem 
otherwise, you have to use some page builders and rebuilt page from scratch
