Hi In layout A and D their is a facility “Posts offset :” - GREAT but I am misseng it in layout B ?

Actually, the post offset was not included in layout B so the widget is working fine in that regard.

Sorry - you misunderstood
I would like to have the facility in layout B.
Because it looks silly to use Header module together with layout B which I would like to, but not with the first 3 posts being the same.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Since that option is not in the theme so you would have to add it by customizing the theme’s code. You would need to enlist the aid of a third party developer to make these changes, one of which you can find here:
