NextGen incompatible with static page

Hello,

I have Illdy theme and NextGen Gallery plugin and I can’t display my gallery on a static page.
Il work fine with other page or article.
Is it normal ?

I hope you’re doing well today

Try activating a default theme such as TwentyFifteen and check to see if the plugin works on static page.
If it does, reactive Illdy, disable the jetpack plugin and check again, be sure to clear your browser cache when doing this.

I’ve activated TwentyFifteen and the plugin works on static page but when I reactived Illdy and disabled the jetpack plugin, it doesn’t works :frowning:

Hello there,

The plugin may not be compatible with Illdy. Please try deactivating the Illdy companion plugin and keep the Illdy theme and NextGen Gallery plugin active and check to see if that has any issues.
